Job Description

We are looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations. This role is ideal for a strong team player with excellent culinary skills and the drive to grow in a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, preparation, and execution. Supervise and motivate kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Oversee stock control, ordering, and waste management. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Step in to lead the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.

Requirements:



Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie. Strong cooking skills and knowledge of kitchen operations. Leadership ability with a hands-on, supportive approach. Good organizational and time management skills. Culinary qualification or equivalent experience preferred.
