We are seeking an experienced

Sous Chef

to join our award-winning Food & Beverage team. This role is integral to the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring consistency, creativity, and excellence in every dish served.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES




Support the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in managing all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and service. Lead, train, and inspire a team of chefs to deliver consistent culinary excellence across outlets. Oversee menu execution and development, ensuring quality, creativity, and cost control are maintained. Manage kitchen operations in the Chef De Cuisine absence, maintaining seamless service and communication. Uphold food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times. Stay current with culinary trends, ingredients, and techniques to continuously elevate the guest experience.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS




Minimum of 4 years of experience in luxury or fine dining establishments as a Chef de Partie and at least 2 years as a Sous Chef. Proven ability to lead and motivate a culinary team in a high-volume, high-standard environment. Strong understanding of menu planning, costing, and inventory management. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to perform under pressure. Formal culinary education or recognized certifications are an asset. Experience in an international five-star luxury resort is essential to success.
