We are looking for a passionate and skilled Sous Chefs to join our dynamic kitchen brigade at Bardo St. James, a premium Italian restaurant in Central London, opening in October 2025.

What You'll Do:
Run your own section during evening service only
Assist other sections during preparation when needed
Ensure high standards of food quality, consistency, and cleanliness
Work as part of a dedicated and supportive team

2 days off per week
Tuesday to Saturday
Pay (based on salary & Tronc).
