Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our team in a bustling restaurant kitchen. The successful candidate will assist the Head Chef in food preparation, kitchen operations, and team management. Duties: - Assist the Head Chef in creating and preparing high-quality dishes - Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring smooth operations during service - Oversee food production to maintain consistency and quality - Implement and maintain food safety standards and hygiene practices - Lead by example, demonstrating culinary expertise and professionalism - Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items - Manage inventory and ordering of kitchen supplies Experience: - Proven experience working in a busy restaurant kitchen environment - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team - Excellent culinary skills with a passion for creating exceptional dishes - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting - Previous experience as a cook or chef in a similar role is desirable Join our dynamic team as a Sous Chef and contribute to delivering an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.50-14.00 per hour
