- Supervise and coordinate all Prep and service activities

- Develop and maintain standard recipes and portion control to maximize efficiency
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised kitchen
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Sous Chef or similar role in a busy, fresh kitchen
