The Opportunity

This is an exciting time to join the senior kitchen team within our hotel collection.

Sous Chef is a pivotal role within our brigades, working closely with the head chef/s and management whilst communicating clearly with the wider team. Sous chefs are valued leaders whose voices are heard and ideas, taken on board.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about food, presentation and service but who also have the ability to lead/mentor and support at which ever level they are placed in our brigade. You will be required to ensure we maintain our 5food hygiene rating and all that this entails.

Shift Pattern:

As you would expect all our roles include working evenings and weekends.

Experience:

At least 2 years' experience at the level you are currently employed at Food safety certificate level 3 Food qualification, diploma, NVQ or proven track record Detailed knowledge of food allergens Solid knowledge and experience of kitchen health and safety including HACCP, COSHH, Allergens, food safety procedures and documentation
