Salary: 37,000+ per annum, depending on experience
Hours: Full-time, including evenings and weekends

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in creating and delivering exceptional dishes
Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation
Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative environment
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Contribute to menu development, bringing creativity and flair to our offerings
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-quality restaurant
Strong knowledge of modern and classical cooking techniques
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Passion for locally sourced, sustainable ingredients
