We are looking for Sous Chef to join our team in the kitchen. The ideal candidate is to have a background in quality establishments, enthusiastic with cooking over open flames using seasonal ingredients and local produce. A good people person to help lead the team.

Indoor and outdoor kitchens
Experience
Minimum 3 years experience in a senior chef role
Hotel, restaurant or pub kitchen experience preferred

Days / Hours
We cover service times between breakfast and dinner 7 x days a week.
Shift patterns will be provided in advance and will span 4.5 out of 7 days including weekends.

Able to collaborate with the head chef to bring fresh new seasonal dishes to the menu
Preparation and production of food to agreed standards
High level of communication
Mise en place ready prior to service
Observation of hygiene regulations HACCP

Full time. Salary depending on experience, ranging from 34,000.00 - 36,000.00 per annum. To also include tips of up to 4,000.00 per annum.
Please also note, that the Bell is not well served by public transport so access to your own transport is essential.
