Duties
Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production.
Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and food preparation.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Collaborate with the Head Chef on daily operations and special events.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within the kitchen.
Skills
Proven supervising experience in a kitchen environment.
