What you'll do:

Supervise with running service/preparation/other duties of the busy working kitchen Ensuring strict adherence to all EHO guidelines and systems Working with the FOH team to drive the service excellence Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations Prepare, produce and present food to the highest standard Place food orders and plan menus Usure the kitchen follows all compliance procedures

What you bring

:

NVQ lv 2/3 or a busy kitchen environment experience Basic IT skills Experience in menu production and confident input Exposure to bulk cooking The enthusiasm to develop and learn new skills
