Pencnwc holiday park is situated just outside the picturesque town of New Quay west wales. We are looking to recruit a sous chef in our rapidly growing business. Previous experience of working as CDP or junior sous chef is essential.
you will be responsible for working alongside our head chef and team to assist with the day to day business and catering needs of the kitchen. This will include ensuring food quality, monitoring orders and stock levels, also helping the team with food preparation.
Requirements :
- Able to multi task and work effectively under pressure.
- Have the ability to conduct restaurant service.
- Deputising for the head chef in his absence.
- Grill work and experience in a busy environment (200+ dinners) is vital.
kitchen compromises of three main sections - Grill, Pass, Pizza/Street food
Applicants will need the skills and mindset to maintain our current standards.
Interview process will involve you showing your skills in the kitchen.
