A fantastic opportunity has opened! The Kings Head, Woodbridge are looking for a passionate and reliable Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen team. As Sous Chef you will be responsible for assisting our fantastic Head chef. You will play a vital role in helping with the preparation of food, ordering, creating of new dishes and maintenance of our high standards at Deben Inns. We are excited to build the strength of our team with an aspirational Sous Chef looking to push forward with their career within a family run business.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food preparation meets quality and safety standards. Lead and train kitchen staff in cooking techniques and food safety practices. Manage inventory and food production schedules to optimize efficiency. Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining experience for guests. Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a clean work environment. Supervise food service and assist in menu planning as needed.

Pay: 32,500.00-38,000.00 per year
