Summary
We are seeking a talented Sous Chef or Chef de Partie (full time) to join our dynamic kitchen team at The Three Lions Public House. In this role, you will be essential in preparing high-quality dishes that delight our patrons while maintaining the standards of food safety and kitchen efficiency.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service.
Support the Head Chef in menu development and special events.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a restaurant setting.
Strong culinary skills with a passion for food preparation.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
