Job Description

The Thomas Street Social is a high-volume, brunch, bar & late dining venue located on Thomas St in Manchester's Northern Quarter.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced chefs to join our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

We are currently looking for a Sous Chef & 2 Chef De Partie.

The ideal candidate would possess

Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong communicator with colleagues and management Consistent delivery of high-quality dishes Maintains composure and control during busy periods Approaches work with positivity and professionalism Flexible and open-minded, eager to adopt new methods and ideas Thorough understanding of food safety and sanitation requirements
Skills required

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie. Strong background in food production, preparation, and cooking techniques. In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and front-of-house staff.
