Full-time Salary: 28-38 K per annum + Tips + Possible Bonus scheme based on Gp after completing 6 months of employment

What we need and looking for :
Experience and willingness to leading, motivate and develop a small team
Can confidently demonstrate a range of cooking techniques
Keep on top of processes such as regular clean-downs, labelling of food etc.
Manage stock control; staff rota; and staff training
Oversee all food prep up to company specifications
Maintain standards of every dish leaving the pass
Work with owners to deliver their menus with consistency, and innovate new menu items
Food and Hygiene level 2 (minimum)
Can read, write, understand and speak English
Can legally work in the UK have a share code
Maintain our 5 star hygiene record

Monday till Thursday ( service start ) 8am till 5pm
Friday till Saturday ( service start ) 8am till 5/ 6pm
Sunday ( service start ) 8am till 4pm

Previous experience in food production, culinary arts, or hospitality is highly desirable.
