The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and inspiring Hubs Manager to lead our South London onsite provisions. You will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of our hubs, including the direct operational leadership of our Creative Hub. In this vital role, you will mentor students, manage and support hub staff, and ensure a safe, fun, and inspiring environment for everyone. You'll be the key link between our hubs and the central office, fostering a strong sense of community and ensuring the highest standards of education and care. The work is varied, challenging, and immensely rewarding.

Requirements:



Legal right to work in the UK. Enhanced DBS Certificate and Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable). Two professional reference checks. Degree or equivalent qualification. Significant experience in a school setting, including teaching experience. Strong knowledge of the needs of students with SEN and/or SEMH. Proven ability to inspire, lead, motivate, and support students and staff. Excellent people management, organisational, and communication skills. A strong understanding of safeguarding procedures.

Working Pattern:

This is a full-time, salaried position based primarily on term-time working. Working hours are Monday-Wednesday (8:30 am - 4:30 pm), Thursday (8:30 am - 6:00 pm to accommodate training), and Friday (8:30 am - 4:00 pm).

Training:

You will be supported by an induction programme and benefit from our weekly ongoing professional development sessions, which take place on Thursday afternoons (4:30 - 6:00 pm).
