Business Development Manager

to expand our presence in

independent convenience stores

, one of the most important retail channels in this space.

The Role



This is a field-based sales role focused on winning new listings and driving in-store performance with independent retailers, corner shops, off-licences, and local convenience stores. You'll be the face of the brand, responsible for increasing our distribution and ensuring our products are well-positioned to succeed on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities



Proactively approach independent convenience retailers across your region Implement strategic plans and forward plan to optimise time effectiveness Present and sell our nicotine pouch range to store owners, managers, and buyers Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty Ensure strong product visibility through POS placement and merchandising Educate store staff on product benefits and how to promote them effectively Record activity, leads, and sales progress using our CRM system Keep up with industry trends, competitive activity, and market feedback

What We're Looking For



Experience in field sales or territory management--ideally within FMCG, vape, tobacco, or convenience retail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to connect and engage with diverse individuals and businesses Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working on your own initiative Confidence in cold calling and face-to-face selling to independent business owners Be enthusiastic and committed with a passion for growth and development Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
