Nestled in the heart of Chester City Centre our retreat is a haven of tranquillity, providing a range of holistic & advanced skin therapies.
We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Manager to work with & support our Spa Leader , and to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the reception area and ensuring excellent customer service. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Spa Manager to lead our spa team. The role would involve hours during the week and some Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest needs and concerns, and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Develop and optimize revenue generation through effective marketing and sales strategies. Maintain high-quality spa services and ensure all treatments and therapies meet or exceed industry standards.

To be successful we are looking for

Proven experience as a Spa Manager or a similar role in the Beauty/Spa industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Knowledge of spa treatments and wellness industry trends. A passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
