Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures Provide information about available treatments, products, and services Maintain cleanliness and organisation of communal areas Manage appointment scheduling efficiently Handle phone enquiries professionally using excellent phone etiquette Assist with merchandising displays to promote products effectively Process transactions accurately using basic maths skills Support the spa team with organisational tasks to ensure smooth daily operations Ensure client confidentiality and adhere to health and safety standards at all times

Experience

Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is preferred but not essential Strong communication skills with an emphasis on active listening and clear articulation Organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods Excellent phone etiquette skills to handle enquiries professionally

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
