Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Spa Attendant to join our team. Weekend availability is essential and you must be 18+. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for all guests while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced spa setting.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the spa facilities, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and restrooms. Assist in managing the inventory of spa products and supplies. Ensure that all guest requests are met promptly and efficiently. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless guest experience. Adhere to health and safety regulations while maintaining a safe environment for both guests and staff.

Requirements

Proficiency in English Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage but not essential. A passion for wellness and an understanding of spa services will be beneficial. Previous experience of the up keep of pools and hot tubs id desirable Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
