HOURS:

This position is full-time and will be 8-hour varied shifts, based on 5 days out of 7,

including weekend work.

LOCATION:

Galgorm (Ballymena).

SALARY: 12.21 - 12.95 per hour

About the role:

Based in our Award Winning Thermal Village, as a Spa Attendant, you will interact and offer a high level of customer care to all visiting guests. Your role will involve making sure the changing areas are clean, stocked, and tidy for the arrival of our Spa guests, as well as assisting guests to their private tubs, explaining our Spa offerings & maximising sales.

The Position:

The main responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

Offering a high level of consistent, friendly, and efficient care to all spa clients and visitors. Working with the Spa team to understand daily operations and ensure the required areas are prepared to facilitate a smooth and timely experience for all clients including the preparation of laundry and changing rooms. Carrying out front and back of house procedures as per the daily checklists. Servicing and cleaning all areas with a particular eye for detail.

The Person:

Applicants must:

Have a keen interest in the fitness or well-being industry. Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Hold adequate IT skills. Have the ability to think ahead and to time-manage your day and movements. Be self-driven. Possess sound knowledge of the Resort & local area. Display a flexible work approach and be available to work early late and weekend shifts.
