We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Spa Attendant/Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that our spa environment is welcoming, clean, and organised. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting guests feel comfortable. A friendly disposition and strong communication skills are essential for this role.
Duties
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all spa areas, including changing areas, thermal suite, and spa in general.
Help mix up rasul treatments, clean rasul area, and help guests with any queries regarding rasul.
Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and stocked with necessary supplies.
Possibility in training to support the front desk team by managing bookings and appointments efficiently.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless operation of the spa.
Receptionist: answer calls, emails, book treatments etc.
Requirements
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
Proficiency in English is preferred but not required.
Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
A friendly and approachable demeanour with a passion for wellness and hospitality.
Ability to work flexible hour which includes weekends and holidays as required.
