Spa Attendant

We are opening a brand-new luxury spa, set right on the water's edge in West Kilbride, with panoramic views across the Firth of Clyde to the Isle of Arran.

The spa will feature six beautiful treatment rooms, a four-person Rasul chamber, outdoor vitality pool and sauna, tranquil fire-pit, indoor steam room and relaxation areas with coastal views at every turn.

Job Overview

Support the Spa Manager and therapists in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation across all spa areas.

Prepare and reset changing rooms, thermal facilities, and relaxation spaces throughout the day.

Welcome guests warmly and support them with robe, towel, and locker requirements.

Ensure guest areas, changing rooms, and thermal experiences are immaculate at all times.

Monitor stock levels of laundry, amenities, and refreshments.

Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene protocols.

Support the safe operation of the spa's wet facilities, this includes carrying out 2 hourly pool tests, recording results and reporting any variances.

Support the smooth running of daily spa operations.

Who We Are Looking For

Previous experience in a spa or leisure club, is desirable but not essential.

A positive, reliable, and proactive individual with a strong eye for detail.

Someone who takes pride in creating a spotless and relaxing environment.

A friendly, confident communicator who enjoys interacting with guests.

Flexible to work weekends.

A team player who can also use their own initiative.
