We are seeking an exceptional

Spa Attendant

to join our

Health Club and Spa

at Claridge's.

Claridge's has a famous all-day dining and Afternoon Tea restaurant the 'Foyer Reading Room', L'Epicerie that offers a culinary theatre of the kitchen, the newly opened Claridge's Restaurant and three bars: Claridge's Bar, the intimate Fumoir and effortlessly elegant Painter's Room.



As a

Spa Attendant,

you will be responsible for:


Making sure the gym areas, treatment and changing areas are adequately stocked with towels, robes, slippers, apples or water. Responsible in ensuring products are kept topped up, clean and purposefully placed in the treatment rooms and on the tester stand. To clean and maintain daily assigned areas according to Claridge's standards and procedures and daily work schedule To always ensure that there is a strong emphasis on personal service.

opportunity will:



The person will be a team player who is an avid learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You will be well presented with exceptional attention to detail. In addition to that you will also be flexible and well organised.



Other skills that will need to be demonstrated include:


Strong customer care skills Ability to work under pressure Excellent attention to detail A high standard of personal presentation Confident, professional and welcoming personality Ability to deal with high-profile clients in a professional manner
