Here at DreamsDaySpa, we are seeking a skilled and empathic spa therapist to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of various massage and therapy techniques with a compassionate approach to client care.

Key responsibilities

Therapy and treatments To perform a variety of spa treatments including massage, facial, body treatments, aromatherapy, reflexology

Client care Is to provide exceptional personalised service to each client, to assess their needs and recommend suitable treatments

Health and safety Maintain a high standard of cleaning and hygiene in the treatment areas.

Product knowledge We have extensive Innoaesthetics and botanical products to use within DreamsDay Spa and having a key understanding of them and their effectiveness.

What we expect from you Certification in massage therapy

Proven experience in spa therapies.

Deep knowledge of various massage technique and spa treatments.

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Empathic and caring nature.

Ability to maintain client Confidentiality.

Summary

We are seeking a talented therapist to join our team at DreamsDay Spa. In this role, you will deliver high-quality beauty treatments while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of providing outstanding spa services in a relaxing environment.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, makeup application, and nail services. Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas and equipment. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide the best services possible. Assist in promoting spa services and products to enhance sales.

Requirements

Proven experience as a therapist or similar role in a spa or salon setting. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Proficiency in massage and facial techniques and knowledge and willingness to study our skincare products. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 10.60-14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
