What You'll Be Doing

Delivering high-quality spa and beauty treatments including facials, massage, nails, brows, lashes, waxing and body treatments Creating exceptional client experiences that drive rebookings and loyalty Recommending retail products and treatment upgrades to maximise client results and your earnings Working as part of a supportive, professional spa team in premium city and hotel locations

What We're Looking For

NVQ Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) Confidence across

any and all treatments

(shifts can be tailored to your strengths) A warm, professional approach with strong customer service skills Self-motivated, reliable, and passionate about wellbeing Comfortable working evenings and weekends Happy to work across one or more Edinburgh locations (based on preference)
