Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Spa Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong background in various spa treatments. As a Spa Therapist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall experience of our clients, ensuring they leave feeling rejuvenated and satisfied. You will also be responsible for managing front desk operations and promoting additional services offered at the spa.

Duties

Provide high-quality spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body treatments. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the treatment rooms and common areas. Assist with social media management to promote spa services and engage with clients online. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations within the spa environment.

Experience

Previous experience in a spa or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively. Experience in upselling services and products is advantageous.
