We are seeking a dynamic Spa Reservationist to join our team as a key member of the sales and marketing department. In this role, you will work closely with our revenue manager, spa manager, and hotel director to drive bookings and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maximizing revenue opportunities while maintaining our commitment to outstanding customer service. Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for spa reservations, handling inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for promoting spa services, packages, and special offers.
Utilize your in-depth knowledge of our spa offerings to upsell and cross-sell services to guests.
Work closely with the revenue manager to optimize pricing and availability, maximizing revenue potential.
Assist in the coordination of promotional events and marketing initiatives to drive spa bookings.
Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest preferences, and communication history.
Provide regular reports and updates to the revenue manager, spa manager, and hotel director on booking trends, performance metrics, and guest feedback.
Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring every guest interaction exceeds expectations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience, resolving any issues or concerns as they arise.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a sales, marketing, or customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage guests and promote spa services effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Proficiency in using booking systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Passion for wellness and hospitality, with a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for guests.
Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and industry trends is an asset.
