Job Description

We are searching for a Spa Host to join the reception team at Moddershall Oaks.

Hours: 10 per week

Days: Every Saturday

Shift Times: 08:00am - 18:30pm

Salary: 12.21

As Spa Host you will ensure that Moddershall Oaks Spa is a special place to be for guests, where they receive a warm welcome and an outstanding experience throughout their stay.
You will champion customer service at every step of the customer journey, ensuring guest expectations are exceeded and all their needs are catered for.

You will assist with check in and check out processes and ensuring the spa is kept clean and tidy throughout.

We are looking for someone with at least 1 years' proven experience working in a face-to-face customer service role for a similar high-quality, luxury brand. You must have a fantastic eye for detail and a love for keeping things incredibly clean and tidy.

A

Level 3 qualification in Spa Therapy

would be highly desirable to support occasional treatment cover (an enhanced rate of pay will be applied to all treatment hours completed).

You must be able to work a busy 10-hour shift on your feet and be flexible and able to provide weekday cover for occasional holidays and absences.

It is important that all applicants are aware that we are based in a rural area with no access to public transport. Driving licence & access to own vehicle is essential.
