Job Description
Our client in Mawgan Porth, near Newquay, are looking for a Spa Receptionist to join their friendly team.
As a Spa Receptionist you will deliver exceptional service to guests, take care of the presentation of the spa, outdoor areas and help deliver memorable moments. You will help guests relax, unwind and soak up the Cornish coastline in one of the outdoor retreats (Please note this position includes working outside- waterproofs issued)
Duties;
Processing online bookings and handling enquiries and bookings over the phone
Managing the diary to maximise bookings and creating reports
Confidently speaking to customers about the spa journey and selling spa therapies and experiences
Candidates must:
Have similar experience with customer service, client bookings and diary management
Have a positive, warm, friendly and the ability to build genuine relationships
Computer Literate - full training on booking systems will be provided
Be motivated to succeed, hit targets, and encourages and celebrates fellow team member\'s success
Demonstrates good organisational skills
Full time permanent position paying \xc2\xa311 per hour
