Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Spa & Leisure Coordinator to join our team within our Private Health Club at Devona Spa.
A great attitude and excellent customer service skills are essential for the role as well as the ability to work in a team.
Your shift times include:
0530:1400 1400:2230
Your duties as our Spa and Leisure Coordinator include:
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the safety of all guests and members, completing regular health and safety checks. Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for. Handle guest bookings and enquiries via phone, email, and in person. Operate various CRM and booking systems accurately and efficiently. Support with poolside safety and safe water management (pool responder training provided). Open and close the club, ensuring all areas are presented to the highest standard. Upsell retail products, treatments, and spa experiences to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue. Maintain a clean, calm, and professional environment throughout all guest areas
About You
Passionate about delivering excellent guest service and wellbeing experiences. Organised, proactive, and confident working both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and administrative skills. Previous experience in leisure, hospitality, or spa reception is advantageous but not essential -- full training will be provided. Must be available for a variety of shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: From 12.50 per hour
