Aldwark Manor Estate is a privately owned Hotel with Golf nestled in a picturesque village between York and Harrogate. Set in 200 acres of beautiful countryside, this luxury Hotel provides a complete escape for both business and leisure guests and is a popular venue for weddings.



Over the last few years, the Hotel has undergone major renovations in the bedrooms, restaurant, residents lounge, sports bar and all public areas. This year we will starting our new and opulent spa and state-of-the-art leisure areas as well as our new meeting rooms and additional 24 bedrooms. The leisure facilities opening later this year with the new spa, bedrooms and meeting space opening 2026

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Food and Beverage Assistant who can join us in this exciting NEW Positionto join our team at Aldwark Manor Estate. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the industry and is a teamwork and drives for the best in everything that you do.

Main purpose of the role

:



To oversee the daily operation of the Cafe including food production and food serving.

Main duties include

:


To ensure that all Residents and Leisure guests always receive a high level of customer service from pre arrival until they depart. Ensure high-quality food and beverage offering are consistently delivered to customers Oversee the daily running of the cafe, this being from front of house to kitchen food preparing. Daily assisting the with Spa Cafe with guest meet and greet, cafe orientation, Spa Leisure guests check in and out, taking payment, alongside internal customer enquiries on service and bookings. To ensure the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and tidiness in the Leisure area. To adhere to the opening and closing procedures of the department. Assist in the cleaning of the department and light maintenance of the equipment. To always maintain personal hygiene standards. Be able to carry out both pool and spa tests and take corrective action where necessary Provide refreshments to day spa, hotel, and Leisure guests within the Spa and leisure areas.
