SPA

The R1SE spa currently has a welcoming relaxation lounge, four treatment rooms and wave therapy room. Along with a 20-metre pool and bubble pool, a sauna and steam room.

The ideal candidate will be a strong lead of the spa therapy team, deliver exceptional treatments and customer service, and infuse creativity into strategies for growth.

Responsibilities include:

Lead, motivate, and develop the R1SE Spa therapy team through effective rotas, training, recruitment, and performance management

Drive commercial performance through treatment, retail, and package sales, working closely with the R1SE Manager to increase revenue

Take ownership of daily spa operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, health & safety compliance, and adherence to company SOPs

Deliver high-quality beauty treatments to an excellent standard, ensuring consistency across the team

Manage spa bookings and diaries across all platforms, including online travel agents, to maximise availability, yield, and revenue

Create and launch innovative spa packages and promotions, staying informed of industry trends to enhance the spa offering

Ensure an outstanding guest journey, handling enquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care

Oversee stock control, supplier relationships, and monthly stocktakes

Support spa marketing, website content, and social media to ensure promotions are accurate and engaging

Assist with reception duties and participate in business meetings to support clear communication and operational efficiency

Commit to ongoing professional development and support the continued growth of the R1SE Spa brand

Essential Qualifications/ Skills/Experience:

3 years of Beauty therapist experience Certification: NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (required) Experience in leading teams and effectively managing people Ability to build professional relationships with members and employees Customer focused Ability to plan and organise effectively The ability to manage situations and problem solve effectively. Have excellent command of written & spoken English Preferably Elemis Trained First Aid and Pool Plant Certificates advantageous

Salary: 30,000 per year
