Spa Manager

The Role

As

Spa Manager

, you will oversee the daily operations of COMO Shambhala, ensuring a seamless guest journey and delivering the highest standards of service. You will lead a dedicated team, curate wellness experiences, and drive business performance while embodying the COMO philosophy of mindful living.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the wellness team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning. Ensure all treatments, guest experiences, and retail offerings reflect COMO Shambhala's holistic ethos. Manage departmental budgets, inventory, and revenue targets with strategic foresight. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Corporate teams to promote COMO Shambhala initiatives. Host and coordinate visiting practitioners, retreats, and wellness events. Uphold health, safety, and sustainability standards in all aspects of the operation. Drive innovation through training, development, and guest engagement.

What We're Looking For

Proven leadership in a luxury spa or wellness environment. Deep understanding of holistic wellness practices and guest-centered service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive, self-motivated approach with a commitment to excellence. Passion for sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
