Marketing and Communications Manager

The Bath House (www.banyalondon.co.uk), a banya and contemporary spa in central London is looking for an experienced Marketing/Communications Manager. This role requires thorough knowledge of communications, public relations and marketing, including strategy, budgeting and reporting. You will oversee all elements of the company's marketing, developing the company's brand and building customer loyalty. Knowledge of Russian would be an advantage.

You will be responsible for:

Creation and implementation of strategies to build awareness of the company and attract customers, Coordination of all public relations activities and industry media relations, Social media and web presence including content development and copywriting, Planning of annual marketing budget and associated reporting, Event management, client database management and coordination of promotions.
Requirements:

Relevant marketing experience, Proven track record designing and executing communications and marketing campaigns, Knowledge of design tools, SEO experience and knowledge of online analytical tools, Financially and computer literate, business communications skills, Proactivity, Knowledge of Russian advantageous.
