We're looking for a confident and motivated Shift Leader to support the daily operations of our Spa Services team. You'll lead by example, ensure the smooth running of shifts, and deliver outstanding customer service. Working closely with the Spa Services Manager, you'll help coach the team, manage tasks, and handle queries with professionalism and efficiency.

What You'll Be Working On
In this role, you will be:
Running day-to-day spa operations during your shift
Managing bookings and membership admin across phone, email, and face-to-face
Supporting and coaching the team to deliver high-quality service
Resolving customer issues and team concerns with confidence
Monitoring and meeting KPIs, ensuring checklists and admin tasks are completed
Assisting with staff training, rota coverage, and process improvements
Liaising with internal teams to maintain smooth business operations
