Key Responsibilities:

Guest Experience

Welcome clients with a professional, friendly, and attentive manner. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Provide Information on spa treatments, facilities, and products. Anticipate guest needs and ensure each client's experience exceeds expectations.

Reception & Administration

Handle phone calls, emails, and online enquiries promptly and professionally. Schedule and manage appointments Maintain accurate client records and update booking systems. Process payments, gift vouchers and retail transactions. Ensure reception and Spa clean, calm and well-presented at all times. Liaise with therapists and spa management to ensure smooth daily operations. Communicate guest requests, preferences, or special requirements to the team.

Impeccable customer service and communication skills. Professional, polished appearance and calm demeanour. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks. Confident using computer booking systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience & Qualifications:

Previous experience in a spa, salon, hotel, or luxury hospitality environment preferred. Knowledge of spa treatments and terminology is desirable but not essential. Basic understanding of sales and retail within a spa setting. Level 2/3 in beauty therapy is a bonus if interested in a dual role, but not essential Must be available to work evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
