What We're Looking For
A warm, confident communicator who loves making guests feel special
Immaculate presentation and a friendly, professional manner
Previous experience in a similar role with strong guest service skills
A willingness to learn and grow with us
Your Role
As the first point of contact, you'll set the tone for a five-star experience. From welcoming guests with a smile to guiding them through our luxurious facilities, you'll ensure every visit feels extraordinary.
You'll also become an expert in our treatments and products, with ongoing training to help you confidently recommend and sell to guests.
