We currently have an amazing opportunity to join the team as a Spa Receptionist at Cotswold House Hotel & Spa.
Role
Requirements:
As a Spa Receptionist, you will be expected to fulfill a minimum of 8 to 16 hours per week, from 9.30 am to 6 pm. This is on a rota basis, we are open 7 days a week.
The ideal person will have at least 1 year of customer service experience, in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer care, is reliable, and is willing to learn as part of this growing team. You will need to work well alone and use initiative to solve problems and help customers.
Duties will include:
Interact with guests promptly upon arrival and departure, as per Company Standards for spa procedures.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of all services and facilities of the spa and hotel, as well as local area. Therefore, ensuring our guests are assisted effectively.
Professionally and competently operates the telephone system in line with both operating and Company Standards.
Understanding the business and keeping up to date with the hotel's sales selling strategy and letting policy and promotions.
Booking treatments and maximising diary space for treatments.
Some health and safety daily checks such as pool water tests.
Light cleaning duties, and tidying around the reception and pool area.
Issuing towels, robes, slippers, and locker keys.
Reception Administration duties such as answering the telephone, emails, taking payments and cashing up.
This can be combined with a therapist role if you are a trained spa therapist, by combining receptionist and therapist shifts.
