Spa Receptionist
to join our award-winning team at Corick House Hotel & Spa.
As the first point of contact for our spa guests, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and relaxing environment. You will assist with all front-of-house spa operations, from handling enquiries and scheduling treatments to supporting the Spa Manager and Therapist team in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
Provide a warm, professional, and friendly welcome to all spa guests and members.
Handle all incoming calls and enquiries efficiently via the switchboard.
Manage spa treatment bookings and coordinate therapist schedules.
Oversee daily reception duties, ensuring the spa operates smoothly and efficiently.
Complete administrative and clerical tasks accurately and on time.
Support the Spa Manager and Spa Therapists to ensure daily targets and operational tasks are achieved.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of all spa treatments, facilities, and products to assist guests with their enquiries.
Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the spa reception area at all times.

Experience
Previous experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role (spa, hotel, or similar environment) is essential.
Experience usingbooking systems or reception softwareis desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
