Spa Receptionist

Furzefield Leisure Centre,Potters Bar


Part Time (6 hours per week,Saturdays)

Responsibilities include;

Reception duties including managing the spa diary and booking system Greeting and checking all guests Assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products Maximising revenue to positively contribute to the business Maintaining cleanliness of the Spa facilities Supporting the Spa Manager with admin tasks

What we are looking for:

A thorough knowledge of the spa industry and treatment offerings. The ability to use your own initiative and work as part of a team. A strong interest and passion for the beauty industry. Ability to work shifts,including some weekends. Beauty qualifications are desirable but not essential.
