A Typical Day in the Life of a Spa Receptionist

Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, creating an exceptional first impression


Manage spa bookings and appointments, ensuring a smooth scheduling process.


Confidently promote spa services, upgrades, and retail products to enhance guest experience and drive sales.


Handle guest enquiries, providing knowledgeable recommendations based on their needs.


Support social media engagement and in-club marketing initiatives to help grow spa awareness and bookings.


Process payments and maintain a well-organised, welcoming reception area.


Work closely with Spa Therapists and management to ensure seamless guest journeys and achieve sales targets.

What We're Looking For

A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.


A genuine passion for health, wellness, and delivering outstanding service.


Sales-driven attitude, comfortable with upselling, achieving targets, and promoting retail.


Organised, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Flexible to work weekends and busy spa periods.


(Desirable) Experience in spa, beauty, or hospitality environments and proficiency with booking systems.


(Bonus) A background or interest in social media and marketing would be an advantage.
