Spa Receptionist

We are opening a brand-new luxury spa, set right on the water's edge in West Kilbride, with panoramic views across the Firth of Clyde to the Isle of Arran.

Our new spa will offer six beautiful treatment rooms, a four-person Rasul chamber, outdoor vitality pool and sauna, indoor steam room, fire-pit lounge, and relaxation areas with coastal views at every turn.

Spa Receptionists

Job Overview

Welcome all guests with a warm, polished, and professional manner.

Manage reservations, treatment bookings, and guest enquiries via phone, email, and in person.

Support daily spa operations by coordinating schedules with the therapist team.

Process payments, retail sales, and gift vouchers accurately.

Maintain a tidy, inviting reception and retail area.

Provide clear guidance to guests on their spa journey and facilities.

Uphold all health, safety, and confidentiality standards.

Support the safe operation of the spa's wet facilities, this includes carrying out 2 hourly pool tests, recording results and reporting any variances.

Assist with retail displays, stock control, and product knowledge.

Who We Are Looking For

Previous reception or front-of-house experience in a spa, or hotel environment is desirable.

A confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.

Highly organised, calm under pressure, and comfortable multitasking.

Passionate about wellness and creating a memorable first impression.

Knowledge of spa bookings systems is beneficial but full training will be provided.

Flexible to work weekends.

A positive, friendly team player who can also work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.35-12.75 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
