We are seeking a personable and professional Spa Retail Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing tailored advice on skincare, our spa products and treatments, and delivering our range of workshops. The role also involves covering on the spa reception desk if needed.
Basic salary of 20,318 pa, plus commission paid on sales. 32 hours per week over 4 days, including weekends
Duties
Greet clients warmly and assist them in selecting suitable skincare products and spa treatments
Provide detailed information about services, packages, and skincare products to enhance client experience
Host daily skincare and wellbeing workshops
Schedule appointments efficiently while managing client records accurately
Promote special offers to encourage repeat business
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment in accordance with health and safety standards
Address client queries professionally, ensuring their needs are met with personalised recommendations
Support the spa team in daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English
Previous experience in sales within a wellness or beauty environment is preferred
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients
Organised, proactive, and able to manage daily tasks
A professional appearance and positive attitude are essential
Flexibility to work during operational hours, including weekends
A level 2 or above qualification in Beauty Therapy is highly desirable
