Part-Time Position (16 hours) - 12.21 per annum plus service charge


Shifts range between 07:45 - 20:30

We're proud to be a place where exceptional service is delivered with warmth, pride and purpose. We're currently looking for a passionate Bartender to join our dedicated Spa Sitting Room.


Your role in our family:

Deliver exceptional, friendly, and professional service to all guests. Craft and serve high-quality drinks, including cocktails, wines, and spirits. Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar at all times. Provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests on beverages. Uphold Sopwell House's standards of luxury and hospitality. Work closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service. Help create a warm, welcoming, and memorable atmosphere. Take pride in presentation and attention to detail in every aspect of your role. Support your colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment. Be available for morning, afternoon and weekend shifts as required.

What would make you the perfect fit?

Previous experience in Food & Beverage service, ideally in hospitality or a luxury setting Strong barista and bartending skills -- essential for this role A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences Confident, professional, and personable with great communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
