Luxe Amore Studio is an award-winning wellness destination, recognised as the South West's leading holistic studio. We specialise in massage therapy, holistic facials, and reflexology -- and we're known for doing it exceptionally well.

We're opening a new location in the heart of Bath and are looking for a Spa Supervisor to help shape this exciting chapter. You'll lead by example -- delivering elevated treatments, supporting a passionate team, and working closely with our director to uphold the Luxe Amore standard.

About the Role:

As Spa Supervisor, you'll blend hands-on treatment and operational leadership.

You'll play a key role in:

Delivering massage, facials, and reflexology treatments (training provided) Leading by example with exceptional client care Overseeing and mentoring a small team of therapists Supporting day-to-day studio operations and upkeep Creating and maintaining staff rotas Upholding high standards in both space and service Assisting the director in growing the business and team culture

What We're Looking For:

Level 3 qualified massage therapist (or equivalent) Experience in holistic facials or reflexology is a bonus (training provided) Warm, friendly, and client-focused, with a natural ability to build relationships Skilled in client care and team collaboration Passionate about well-being and delivering meaningful treatments Strong communication and time management skills Proactive, organised, and calm under pressure Forward-thinking, adaptable, and eager to grow within a supportive team
