Spa Therapist / Receptionist

Doubletree Liverpool is an 87 bedroom upscale and full-service hotel and boasts a central location in Liverpool city centre. The Grade II-listed building, which was formerly the Municipal Annexe on the corner of Sir Thomas and Dale Street, is unique to the city. It offers unrivalled grandeur from when it was first constructed in 1865 and retains its architecturally significant features.

We now have an exciting opportunity to recruit a

Spa Therapist / Receptionist to join our wonderful spa team

with

proven experience in either a 4 or 5 star hotel spa environment. The role is for at least 16 hours per week and it is a permanent position. You must have commitment and flexibility in your diary and be available evenings and weekends.

As a qualified Spa Therapist you will create a service that will be exclusive, you will get to know your customers and know what they want, as well as delivering the very best business results. This role is specifically even more exciting with the opportunity to perform a receptionist role along side a spa therapist role.

You must:

Have at least 2 year's experience, qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent Elemis trained (including biotec facials and hotel stones) desirable Be able to carry out all aspects of spa therapy (including massage) and be available to work weekdays and weekends Commit to training and development of all Spa treatments. Upsell all product houses, meeting agreed targets at all times Be flexible, working as a team to ensure the customer never suffers. Have experience working within a receptionist type role (1 year preferable)
