As a Spa Therapist at Seckford Hall Spa, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of spa treatments and services to our guests. You will have the opportunity to work in a stunning setting and create memorable experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Conduct a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, and other wellness therapies. Assess the individual needs of each guest and customise treatments accordingly. Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in treatment rooms and communal areas. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and comfort throughout their visit. Keep detailed records of client information, treatments provided, and any special requirements or concerns. Promote spa services and products to guests and recommend personalised treatment plans. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new techniques to enhance the quality of treatments offered.

Qualifications:

Valid certification or diploma in spa therapy, massage therapy, or a related field. Previous experience working as a spa therapist in a professional spa or wellness centre. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong knowledge of various massage and spa techniques. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A positive, friendly, and professional demeanour.
