is seeking a skilled, passionate, and guest-focused

Spa Therapist

to join our team within our tranquil and luxurious Spa. The ideal candidate will be a qualified therapist who is confident in delivering a wide range of treatments, passionate about wellness, and dedicated to creating a calm and restorative experience for every guest. The Spa is a peaceful haven offering a variety of luxurious treatments within a serene and historic setting.

Dalhousie Castle is Scotland's oldest inhabitable castle, a beautiful wedding and meetings venue, with 35 bedrooms, a dramatic dungeon restaurant, picturesque gardens and spa. The hotel is undergoing an exciting refurbishment project to elevate our guests experience whilst preserving everything that you already love about Dalhousie. We're refreshing interiors, enhancing comfort, and reimagining key spaces with elegance, history, and storytelling at the heart.

Key Responsibilities:



Deliver a full range of professional spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments to the highest standards Provide personalised service and expert advice to guests, ensuring each experience is tailored to their individual needs Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and team members Support the daily operations of the spa, including treatment room preparation, product management, and scheduling Recommend appropriate home care products and support retail sales Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations Build strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits and promote the spa's offerings

Qualifications and Skills:



Recognised spa/beauty therapy qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) Previous experience in a spa or luxury wellness environment is preferred Skilled in a variety of treatments such as Swedish, deep tissue, facials, and holistic therapies Warm, professional, and empathetic approach to guest care High standards of personal presentation and hygiene Excellent communication and time management skills Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and holidays

Working Conditions:



Part-time, 24 hours per week with flexibility required for weekends and holidays A peaceful and professional working environment in a beautiful, historic castle setting
