Job Description

We are currently looking for a Level 3 Spa Therapist to join our friendly team on a Full Time basis. You will be based at the stunning 5Ellenborough Park Hotel, and working as an integral part of the Spa.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Greet every guest every time making every one of them feel welcome Provide fast, distinctive, warm, professional and intuitive service to all guests Carry out beauty and massage treatments within the Spa department. Be a proud ambassador of the Elemis brand, carrying out treatments in a professional manner. To have full knowledge of the Elemis products on offer To retail Elemis to all spa guests Conduct show rounds and spa tours. Keep the Spa clean and tidy. To do the daily cashing up and banking of the department.

The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in a similar role Experience and training within Elemis desired although full training will be given Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification essential Excellent organisational and time management skills with attention to detail Ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining a positive and can do attitude Guest focused with a genuine passion for delivering sensational service Confident Communicator Well presented, self-motivated and good team player
